Historic missions, River Walk restaurants, Spanish architecture and a beautiful river centerpiece make this a truly remarkable city.

    Day 2San AntonioSan Antonio : Your day begins with a fascinating tour of San Antonio. History and culture abound with visits to the Mission San Jose and the Alamo. Next, visit the Institute of Texan Cultures*, San Antonio's cultural experience museum dedicated to enhancing the understanding of cultural history and its influence upon the people of Texas. Complete your sightseeing tour with a visit to the SAS (San Antonio Shoe) General Store. These comfortable handcrafted shoes have been made in San Antonio since 1976.

    Day 4GrapevineSan Antonio - Grapevine : This morning travel north through the "Lone Star State" to Grapevine, nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth. Grapevine has a sophisticated charm and is known for its fine dining, shopping and wineries. Your accommodations for the next two evenings will be at the Gaylord Texan Hotel. This evening enjoy a New Year's Eve Gala Dinner Dance with live entertainment and a champagne toast to the New Year.

    Day 5GrapevineGrapevine - Fort Worth - Grapevine : Happy New Year! This morning enjoy free time in the quaint village of Grapevine before traveling to the famous Fort Worth Stockyards. Enjoy a walking tour of the historic stockyards complete with a visit to Billy Bob's, "The World's Largest Honky Tonk," and one of the iconic establishments of the area. This national historic landmark was the hub of the cattle trade and is now one of Texas' most popular destinations.
